Dr. Victor Ortiz grew up in Del Rio, Texas and received his undergraduate degree from the University Texas in Austin. After attending medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, he completed his general surgery residency at Scott and White Hospital Texas A & M University Health Science Center in Temple, Texas. Dr. Ortiz is board certified with the American College of Surgeons.
